Tennis Elbow- What are the causes and symptoms? You will know if you have this condition if you have pain or soreness in your upper arm (near your elbow).
You may get this condition when you have a partial tear in the tendon fibers on the outside or lateral side of your elbow. It is also known by the term Lateral Epicondylitis. It is different from Golfer’s elbow as it occurs to the outside of the elbow rather than the inside.

For example, using a screwdriver can cause you to develop the condition. Others that may develop the condition include: golfers, bowlers, house cleaners, and landscapers.
