i really like dhis video of urs because it is a tutorials for beginnig level. for ahletic type person who he/she is inreasted in this ‘Tennis Game’!
trust me id know, i also a tennis players.. will in “beginniner” BUT!! still i’d think that these lessons is for few peopole who want to give it a try or two… *sigh* also i’ve have a (Disability-Problem)!!!

rubber bands are great, best dampner ive ever used in my opinion. but i got tired of them ripping so i now use elastic hair ties on my racquets and it works just as well and they never rip.

Dice, it’s fine that you don’t use one. You should buy one though, they’re cheap.

I only use rubberbands, and they work just as good if not better.
Ok, but why would you want this? What is the advantage to damping the vibration of your racket?
Or you could just tie a rubber band there. It works just the same as store-bought shock absorbers and is 1/1000th of the price.

How do you put the shock absorber on the damn strings?!?! It’s driving me crazy.
